Returns & Exchanges Policy
Stan Ray must be informed of any returns within 30 days of receipt of your order to be considered for a refund. It can take up to 10 working days to process a return in busy periods such as sale.
Stan Ray reserves the right to reject a returned item should it not meet our quality standards.
Returned items must be received in a resalable condition, unless considered faulty. Items must be free of marks, stains or obvious wear.

Step 1: Visit our returns portal
Step 2: Package up your return items securely print off the provided label and post the parcel back to us using Royal Mail.
Step 3: Dispatch to us through your carrier.
If you wish to use your own carrier or have a more complex return you will not be able to use our returns portal so please email us service@stanray.com.
Please note any returns using your own carrier you are responsible for the cost or loss of package.
If you are using your own carrier please provide your return accompanied by a note with your order number with an R on the end (example: 23456R)

FAQ's
Do I have to pay for my return?
In some cases, yes you will need to pay for your return in the UK and the EU. In all other countries you will be responsible for arranging your own return and to pay for the return cost with your selected carrier. In certain cases we will consider a refund of this cost depending on the return reason.
How long do I have to return items?
We will only consider a refund for a returned item if we are informed through our portal, or receive a return within 30 days from your receipt of your order.
We do offer an extended return period over Christmas whereby any order placed from the 4th to the 22nd of December will be considered for a return until the 31st of January.
Where do I find my order number?
Your order number can be found in the subject line of both your 'order confirmation' and 'shipping confirmation' emails, alternatively log in to your account and view all your order history.
Can I exchange my item(s)?
Yes you can in the UK, USA and Europe. Unfortunately we do not currently offer exchanges in any other countries.
When will I receive my refund?
We process all refunds within 2 working days of receiving your returned items.
We will send you a 'refund notification' email to confirm that we have refunded your card.
Please note: that refunds can take up to 10 days to credit on your account statement, depending on your card issuer, which is beyond our control.
How long will it take to send out my exchange items?
We aim to process all returns within 3-5 working days of receiving them, although it can take longer during busy periods such as holidays and sale.
Your exchange order will be dispatched once your returned items have been received and approved for resale.
Delivery will be sent with an economy rate in your region.
