Orders from the EU are shipped from a location within the EU. Prices shown include local VAT, there will be no additional costs incurred when purchasing goods.

You will also have the option of a duties and taxes paid option on checkout to avoid any additional cost. Taxes and duties may be applicable dependant on country. This will be down to the customer to cover this cost if sent via a non taxes and duties paid option.

Shipping FAQ

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

We will send you a 'dispatch confirmation' email as soon as your parcel has been collected. this email will also contain your courier tracking number.

Will I be charged additional taxes or duty if I live outside of the UK?

Our shipping to European countries and Canada is now only a duty and taxes paid option. This means all orders are inclusive of taxes and duties and will arrive without the need for any additional payments. If ordering from the USA please be aware taxes and duties will be applicable on any orders over $800 USD. Please email us on service@stanray.com if this applies to your order. If you are ordering from the rest of the world please be aware duties and taxes may apply if a non-taxes and duties option is selected. Stan Ray can not be held accountable for duties and taxes as additional costs.

Is my parcel insured?

Stan Ray insures all parcels during the time they are in transit until they are delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for the parcel passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package. Please note, customers are responsible for insuring any return parcels to Stan Ray.

Can I change my delivery address?

Provided the item has not been collected by our courier, we will do our best to update your preferred address, but we cannot guarantee. please email service@stanray.com as soon as possible. Once the item is shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Can I have my order delivered to an address different to my billing address

Yes, you can select a separate delivery address from your billing address at the checkout. If you are shopping with us for the first time, we reserve the right to ship your first order to your billing address (rather than an alternative shipping address).

What happens if nobody is able to sign for my order?

The courier will leave a card to say they called were unable to deliver and that they will try again the following working day. If the 2nd delivery attempt is unsuccessful, they will leave a card asking you to contact them and rearrange a delivery at a time or address you will be available.

DHL will leave a card containing the shipment number and whether they will attempt to redeliver the next working day or hold it at the local depot for you. You can change to your preference by entering the shipment number and postal code at www.dhl.com, until 22h30 that evening. 

Is it possible to ship to a PO box?

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
