Returns Policy

Stan Ray must be informed of any returns within 14 days of receipt of your order to be considered for a refund.

Stan Ray reserves the right to reject a returned item should it not meet our quality standards.

Returned items must be received in a resalable condition, unless considered faulty. Items must be free of marks, stains or obvious wear.

Returns Process

United Kingdom

Step 1: Visit our returns portal

Step 2: Package up your return items securely print off the provided label and post the parcel back to us using Royal Mail. A £2.95 deduction for this service will be taken from your refund.

If you wish to use your own carrier or have a more complex return you will not be able to use our returns portal so please email us service@stanray.com.

Please note any returns using your own carrier you are responsible for the cost or loss of package.

If you are using your own carrier please provide your return accompanied by a note with your order number with an R on the end (example: 23456R)

1. Pack all the items to be returned, along with a print-out of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your order number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.

2. Go to a post office or another carrier to ship your package.

3. You will receive an email when we receive your items, and when a refund is issued.

Europe

Step 1: Please use the provided returns label and attach securely. 

Varying shipping return rates will be deducted from the refund due as below:

France - €5.00

Germany, Denmark, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Ireland and Belgium - €8.00

Rest of Europe including Scandinavia and Nordics - €15.00

FAQ's

Do I have to pay for my return?

If returning a product through the returns portal from the UK or ROW the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are in the EU you will have a returns slip included in your shipment that will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning from the USA you will need to arrange the return courier yourself and pay them directly.

How long do I have to return items?

We will only consider a refund for a returned item if we are informed of, or receive a return within 14 days from your receipt of your order.

We do offer an extended return period over Christmas whereby any order placed from the 4th to the 22nd of December will be considered for a return until the 31st of January.

Where do I find my order number?

Your order number can be found in the subject line of both your 'order confirmation' and 'shipping confirmation' emails. 

Can I exchange my item(s)?

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, however you are welcome to return your item(s) using the steps outlined on this page, and if they are in a resalable condition we will refund you.

If you would like a different size please return your item, then place a new order for the size of item you would like.

When will I receive my refund?

We process all returns within 3-5 working days of receiving them.

We will send you a 'refund notification' email to confirm that we have refunded your card.

Please note: that refunds can take up to 10 days to credit on your account statement, depending on your card issuer, which is beyond our control.

Emailing outside of hours on Friday will result in the email being answered on Monday.
